Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products provided by Brandis Technologies, including digital, marketing, software and technology services. By engaging Brandis Technologies, you agree to these terms.

"Company" refers to Brandis Technologies. "Client" refers to the person, business or organization purchasing services or products. "Deliverables" refers to outputs supplied under a quotation, proposal or statement of work.

Brandis Technologies provides services such as website design, software development, branding, graphic design, digital marketing, IT support, infrastructure and advisory services.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in writing. Work commences only after written acceptance and agreed payment terms are met. Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

Development work follows approved scope. Any additional features requested outside scope may require a change request and revised quotation.

Hosting, maintenance and support services are subscription or contract-based. Renewal is required to continue uptime monitoring, updates, backups and support.

Hardware sales are subject to supplier availability, specifications and manufacturer warranty terms. Pricing may change prior to final confirmation and payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final paid-for client deliverables are transferred to the client. Brandis Technologies retains ownership of proprietary methods, tools, code libraries and process IP.

Clients must provide required content, approvals, access credentials and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may impact timelines.

Project timelines are estimates unless explicitly fixed in writing. Delivery dates may shift based on scope changes, client delays or third-party dependencies.

Deposits and completed work are generally non-refundable. Cancellation after project commencement may incur charges for work completed, resources allocated and third-party costs.

Services are provided with professional care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandis Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Some solutions rely on third-party platforms, tools or providers. Brandis Technologies is not responsible for outages, policy changes or failures caused by third-party systems.

Both parties agree to keep non-public business and technical information confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled under the applicable South African legal framework.
